Heartland Resort in Greenfield Indiana offers full hookup RV and tent camping adjacent to I-70. An enormous property with multiple camping areas interspersed with plenty of open mowed grass the park lives up to the name. The park has both short-term and long-term rates including seasonal sites. Some of the seasonal sites are quite worn and bring down the overall ambiance of this property. The park can easily be a top-notch facility but it does show signs of wear and deferred maintenance. Guests check-in at a small store and drive past the large pavilion to one of the camping areas. Options include back in and pull through sites all found on gravel roads with gravel paths. The main park road is concrete and plenty wide. Set in a rural setting just off the Interstate the park advertises heavily and does have some discount rates available. The park also has a small Golf Course, miniature golf course, small playground and meeting areas. Options for camping can be found in shaded setting or out in the open the location can also handle any size RV.
