Hanging Rock has 15 trails for hiking in proximity to the welcome center and camping areas. Several have beautiful water falls. The main hike is a moderate hike to the Hanging Rock. The views are spectacular. The last part of the 1.5 mile hike is quite steep with rock steps. Camping is geared more toward tent camping, but many of the sites can accommodate RVs of 30’ or less. There is no electricity or dump stations. There is a bath house with showers and toilets that is open. We are here on 6/15/20. Again, the views are wonderful.
