For urban RV camping this place is great. Long Beach is not what I would consider a safe city but this park with the gate and friendly neighbors is wonderful. We bring the bikes and ride over to the marina for lunch. Also an easy walk over to the Aquarium. Easy access as long as you follow their directions... hint do not go through downtown LB.

Like the other reviewer we found this park to be a reasonably priced alternative. We were lucky to get a cancellation site last minute for Thanksgiving weekend. All the sites are about the same size back ins and there is a mix of small travel trailers all the way up to multi-million dollar rigs. The pool and spa were the right temperature and there is easy access to the Los Angeles River bike path and the Long Beach bike path down the coast. We paid $304 for the week. Verizon 4G and 3G worked great. We will return. Another plus is that access into and out the park is very easy with well signed exits from Shoreline Blvd and easy entrance back on to the 710. They even provide a free parking pass for a second vehicle out front in the metered area. The gravelly sand becomes slushy in the rain so as noted above make sure to bring a carpet for outside.

Well manicured resort right on the harbor in Long Beach. Incredible city views and walking cycling access into the city. Good discounts for long term rates. The pool is nice too. We stay here for trips to Disneyland and the LA area as it is one of the more reasonably priced alternatives around. Right next door is the ferry to Catalina Island; a must visit for history buffs. Sites are nice kind of a sandy gravel and we now bring a rug along. I dinged them a bit because a rug is necessary. Overall a great place.
