Golden Pines RV Resort in Arnold California is a shady park in the pine trees about 2 miles east of Calaveras Big Trees State Park. Arnold is the nearest town of any size. The location has paved roads and dirt parking pads with fire rings and picnic tables. Overall the park has a state park camping feel. Full hookup RV sites can accommodate RVs up to 40' in length (with one site suitable for up to a 45' RV) with it recommended that you call in advance to ensure you can fit. The roads and sites are bordered by many trees. Tent sites and cabins are also available. Wifi is available for a small additional fee.
