Gatlinburg East / Smoky Mountain KOA (formerly Smoky Mountain Premier RV Resort) near Cosby Tennessee offers full hookup RV sites catering to large RVs in a treed setting. The property is tucked off the highway and backs up to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Treed setting with easy access for any size rig. Hiking trails are accessible from the back of the park. Gravel roads and parking pads sites have picnic tables and plenty of trees all around. Closer to the Cosby area than Gatlinburg the RV park has installed family friendly amenities in association with the KOA designation. Pull thru and backin sites are available for tent and RV camping.
