Great getaway for you and your dog(s). multiple enclosures with room enough for running, agility course, pond with gazebo for watching dogs have fun. Clean bath facilities for humans and dogs. Only negative is lots of red clay when it rains, but drains off quickly. Roads are paved and gravel, with sites graveled and level. Some sites have private fenced area for your dog.

Four Paws Kingdom Campground in Rutherfordton North Carolina is a well kept and highly rated full hookup RV campground. Catering to adults (no one under 18 allowed) the park has wooded sites with options for pull thru and backins. Sites have graveled drives and some have paved parking pads. Sites have plenty of spacing and premium sites have dedicated fenced in yards. the park is perfect for dog owners who don't feel comfortable at other campgrounds with their dogs. Plenty of places for dogs to play and run the park also has scheduled events, gathering spaces and cabins available.
From the park: 4 Paws Kingdom is the first and only dog dedicated campground in the US. We exclusively cater to canines and their adult human companions. Here, dogs come first and we are passionate about creating a true doggie kingdom!

Great Campground. The campsites aren't bunched together but it feels like we're staying at a state [ark. There are many dog runs for all size dogs. There is a pond that your dog can swim in. The owners, Connie and Sandy, bend over backwards to make your stay, the best it can be. They also have nice cabins and trailers to rent if you don't have a RV. I'd stay here, even if I didn't have a dog.
