Adjacent to RiverPoint at Sheridan shopping, theaters and dining complex the park is a suitable location to stay and visit the Denver metro area. Like a number of the Denver urban RV parks this one is not pretty on first view but is maintained and has a decent clientele. The sites have plenty of grass and shade trees around. A multi-use exercise trail is close by. Overall the park shows signs of deferred maintenance but is a suitable option in the area. The majority of complaints about this park are derived from guests unaware of what they are going to be visiting. They mistakenly think they will be staying at a fancier location.
