Camping Pro

Pros: amazing location, large sites, canoe/ kayak access to a scenic river, reasonable rates, Verizon tower within 1/2 mile for excellent data and cell service. Cons: some of the rudest camp hosts we have come across. Office staff, if they answer the phone, act as if you are doing them no favor by taking their time. The park has absurd nickle and dime fees and all of these threatening rules that pretty much end with you will be asked to leave. I guess they get a lot of weekend warriors so I assume they deal with some cruddy guests but that is no reason to be rude to everyone. My tip for this place is to find new camphosts and revamp your rules and pricing. We will not be back to this park. Sad because it is easily a 4 or 5 star place but I just can't willingly help support rude service. I will give it the 4 stars and you can decide. The park is pretty and in a neat area.
