First time staying at the park. The park is located in Virginia Beach. It is almost right on the beach. You are just a couple of walking minutes away from the beach. The beach is smooth and wide. The sites have water and power. Lots are 20 feet to 50 feet. Also, have tent sites. The trails are across the street and are very well done. The longest trail is 6 miles. There is sand everywhere, so you will have sand in your camper. The fire pit is nice. The showers and bathhouse were clean. The park is close to Downtown Virginia Beach. A water park and a VIRGINIA AQUARIUM & MARINE SCIENCE CENTER FOUNDATION INC are nearby. It is hard to reserve a site because of the location. You can reserve up to 11 months ahead. This is a great place to stay.
