We have stayed at this park for some years, but this is the last. Management is a zero with a bad attitude. The sites are wore out and now they have their rental trailers all along the waterfront blocking the view. There is no free wifi unless you go to the office or the bar. The bar/restaurant is really nice and the people that operate are energetic and creating a great atmosphere, just need to open more. Over all, I have stayed at a lot of Encore properties and have enjoyed all but this one. Guess it's nastiness, customer base they tend to be shooting for and the general attitude.

The location is amazing with incredible views but as the previous reviewer points out the park seems to be packed in and not utilized appropriately. Very tight spacing with sharp navigation for big rigs. The pool is aged and needs serious rehab along with most of the other buildings. Nice marina and the park is tucked off the Overseas Highway a little bit. Verizon 4G worked good. We stayed here with the Ready Camp Go Card for $20 per night.
This is a nice property, but like most resorts in the keys the spots are tight, even the premium ones. There is a well protected marina, nice pool and sandy area to lay in the sun under palm trees. There is a great store on site that has most of the provisions you need because it is a hike to the closest grocery store. The staff are all nice enough, but like most of the Encore parks we have visited there seems to be some management issues. They are also missing a big opportunity with the on site bar/cafe. There is usually only one really overwhelmed person in there and they close early on days you would expect happy hour and some live music. They are not far from 4 stars, just needs a little improvement.
