Elkmont Campground is a Very Beautiful Campground in all seasons. And is one of the Best Campgrounds in the Great Smoky Mountains. This Campground is centrally located by some of the Best hiking trails and near Gatlinburg, TN. The Campground is kept clean and spacious. With clean Restrooms, well stock but no showers. In the Spring time they have a the best places to view the "Lightning Buts or Fire Flies" around campsites and/or other locations. The Park Ranger are very friendly and helpful.

Elkmont Campground in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Gatlinburg Tennessee offers primitive camping with 206 tent to RV camping sites in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Situated in a scenic setting with sites sprinkled around a treed setting adjacent to the river. Navigation is tricky for RVs with many trees and large boulders bordering the roads and sites.
