The only thing keeps this from being a 5 star rating in our opinion is that like most COE parks, they do not have sewer dumps at each site (they do have one up near the gate house for everybody's use). The pull through sites in Loop N are very long and wide enough to park the tow vehicle (or towed) beside the RV and are asphalt as are all the driveways and streets. There is plenty of room between each space and the grass is kept mowed. Clean flush toilets & showers are near Loop M & N (the only two loops that have both water and power (20, 30 and 50 amp) and Loop N is the only one with pull through spaces. My 5th wheel is 41'4" and long bed crew cab truck and still have plenty of room for another vehicle. There are several RVs in the back in spaces that are 45' plus their towed so that is not an issue in Loop M & N. A large marina with boat, kyak and other rentals are here at Dam Site as well as a couple of swimming beaches. Some trees in the Loops but still get great satellite reception. Great views at sunset as the sun sets across the lake.
