Cowlitz Falls Campground

Campground Overview

• Total Sites: Over 100, including:

  • 40 sites with 30-amp electric and water hookups

  • Tent-only sites

  • Group sites

• Amenities:

  • Showers and flush toilets

  • Dump station

  • Covered day-use area

  • Picnic tables and fire rings

  • Playground

  • Sports fields (baseball, soccer, volleyball, horseshoes)

  • Nature trails

  • Boat launch with access to Cowlitz River

  • Wildlife viewing opportunities

• Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets per campsite; pets must be leashed and cleaned up after

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Check-Out Time: 1:00 PM

• Fire Policy: Fires allowed only in designated fire rings and cooking grills; must be completely extinguished before leaving

🌊 Recreation & Day Use Area

• Day Use Area: Open to registered campers and non-campers for a fee of $7 per vehicle

• Activities:

  • Fishing and boating on Cowlitz River

  • Swimming

  • Picnicking

  • Hiking and biking on nature trails

  • Bird watching

• Boat Launch: Provides access to Cowlitz River

• Fishing: Rainbow trout are regularly stocked throughout the summer
