Great spot in Visalia. Nice and apparently new concrete slabs with green grass all around. Inside a mobile home community. Compared to the KOA 2 miles away at $47 per night we will take this place any day of the week for the $35 per we paid. Wide roads made it easy pull up and backin. Verizon 4G and 3G were okay not blazing fast but not slow either. We have submitted a video to share.

More mobile home park than RV park it was still a nice stay with green grass around and good sites. Not bad at all.
