Coachella Vineyard Estates RV Resort in Coachella California is a 200 site RV resort being developed southeast of the Vineyards Resort. A $17M development the property is part of a proposed development that will include condos and a hotel. The proposed development  will have sites for RVs only, but most would consist of an RV space, plus a permanent casita with a kitchen, laundry area and living room as well as additional garage spaces.
