Hard sand roads that are not smooth and always being scraped and repaired. Sand/grass sites. Wooded setting, SR 50 not much of a noise problem.. Interior roads are narrow, but big rigs can navigate fine. One way road configuration for rigs to make it easy to get into sites, but once in place, not important. Nice solar heated pool. Recently upgraded to 50 amp service FHU with fairly roomy sites. Nice club house with pool table, big screen TV section with confortable furniture, tables for cards/games. Good wifi in clubhouse. Clean laundry room with 6 washers/dryers. Door codes needed to access club house and laundry room from outside (they are in same building). Community events like bingo, pot luck dinners, golf outings, bocci, bike rides availble but aimed at winter residents. Friendly people, maintained well by work campers. Close to Titusville (Kennedy space center, Merritt Island NWR, Orlando Wetlands), Orlando Area (Disney, etc). We stay here every year for 2-3 weeks in a 36' Fifth Wheel.
