Really liked this park, It is older, but clean and quiet. We worried about the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Everyone is friendly and while there are no amenities its proximity to shopping, beaches and attractions make it well worth the price.

Not that great a place, internet only works half the time, some dogs are allowed to run off leash, guest drinking day and night. Little to no quiet time, one long time guest has a bonfire almost every weekend with loud music until 2 or 3:00 in the morning. Owner allows relatives to drink, party, and walk around with loaded gun to hunt adjoining property without permission.
