The campground was bought by new owners in 2016 and we were there for most of the summer of 2018 so I think these reviews need some updating. Yes, the sites are all dirt/gravel/grass but very level. This is a quiet, rustic campground even though the old sign is still up that says resort. It was about 1/3 seasonals and the rest shorter term campers. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to receive our mail there. Wifi is not free but not very expensive and I could stream movies with it. No cable at this park unless you were a seasonal and got your own, but the owners said they are trying to get it. The sites are pull-through and back-in, both 30 and 50 amp available. Not much in the way of tent sites. Very dog friendly. The bath house could use some updating but it was freshly painted and very clean. Nice laundry room. Fantastic pool that was large and very clean. Small camp store with ice, firewood, and some essentials. Clubhouse with ping pong and a couple of couches. Overall a very nicely maintained and quiet place that I would go back to.

Tough to navigate in and around this park. Potholes, roots and uneven terrain make towing even worse. No real amenities to speak of except the pool and a small off ice shop. OK for a quick stop, but suffers price-wise from it's close proximity to Camden.
Wow and I mean wow. This place deserves an A for marketing and F for actual product. We made a reservation through the corporate website based upon the pictures on that website. Folks this is not a good RV park. They are way overpriced, we found a coupon on their website to get our cheap rate, and their spots are simply dirt wild grass spaces with multiple roots and poor entrance exit clearance. Went to use their jacuzzi and the water was milky with chunks of stuff floating.
