BLM South of Joshua Tree Camping near Indio California offers 14 days free prmitive camping in designated areas on BLM managed lands. A free camping opportunity just off Interstate 10 and immediately adjacent to the Cottonwood area of the National Park. Graded gravel roads with huge sites allow any size RV to access the camping. Special rules and procedures apply to BLM managed properties; contact the local field office for any questions.
