I will start this review by saying that we paid $60 per night leading into the Fourth of July holiday. The RV parks in this area are few to come by and very expensive. The KOA was charging $105 per night and the other RV resort near the KOA it's charging $100 per night so $60 is a deal. This park is surprisingly nice and maneuverable even with our big 5th wheel. We had to take a 30 amp site in order to fit. This is not a place to come and hang out all day as the units are relatively close to one another. Our back in site did have a nice grassy area out in the back and it was a beautiful late afternoon early evening when we arrived... very pretty. There is an excellent restaurant just west of here in an old roadside Hotel. It is owned buy an old-time football player and had very reasonable prices with good food. Our stay had us here for two nights to be able to go spend one day at Niagara Falls. The only negative is that the entrance is a bit tight and traffic out on the roadway in front moves at an aggressive rate of speed not the fault of the park. Verizon coverage was excellent and given options in the area its location and the fact they had a site at the last minute I give this one a good review.

Paved roads and parking pads surrounded by mowed grass the park is laid out well in a small space to accommodate most sized RVs. A no frills location for guests looking for a more reasonable price in an expensive area. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings.
